Quotes and bookings

• Prices on the website and from our WhatsApp assistant are for the whole car, not per person.
• A booking is confirmed only when our team confirms it to you. Automated replies are quotes and information, not a confirmation.
• We don't take online advance payment; you pay as agreed after we confirm.

What the fare covers

Fuel, tolls and taxes, the driver's food and stay, and up to about 10 hours of driving a day. Entry fees, parking, hotels and activities are not included unless we say so. Driving between 10 PM and 6 AM, extra pickups, or detours outside the agreed plan may cost extra; we tell you before.

Changes and cancellations

Tell us as early as possible if your plans change. Weather, landslides, road closures or local restrictions can force route changes in Meghalaya; the driver and our team will suggest the safest option.

Scooty rental

Needs a valid two-wheeler licence and photo ID, and a refundable deposit at pickup from our partner shop in Shillong.
