    Why we quote hotels per trip

    The car part is fixed: ₹4,560 a day for a Dzire, ₹5,760 for an Ertiga and ₹6,600 for an Innova, whatever the route. Hotel rates in Meghalaya change a lot with the month, weekends and festivals (October to January, the Cherry Blossom and Christmas weeks are the busiest), so we check live availability for your dates and send one total price.

    You see the hotel names and the full price before you pay anything. To confirm, you pay a 10% advance by UPI; the rest is paid during the trip.

    How much does a Meghalaya tour package with hotels cost?
    It depends on days, group size, car and hotel level, and on the dates. The car part is fixed (for example ₹22,800 for 5 days in a Dzire). Send your dates and group in the form and we reply on WhatsApp with the full price, usually within 30 minutes.
    Which hotels do you use?
    We book well-reviewed 3★ and 4★ hotels, boutique and luxury stays and good homestays in Shillong, Sohra (Cherrapunji), Dawki/Shnongpdeng and Mawlynnong. You see the names in the quote and can ask for changes.
    Can the package start from Guwahati airport?
    Yes. Most trips start and end at Guwahati airport or railway station. Shillong airport (Umroi) works too.
    How many days do I need for Meghalaya?
    5 days covers Shillong, Sohra, Dawki and Mawlynnong at a comfortable pace. With 3 days you see the highlights; 6–7 days adds the Double Decker root bridge trek and Jowai.
    Do I pay everything in advance?
    No. You pay a 10% advance by UPI after we confirm the plan and hotels. The balance is paid during the trip.
    Is this good for families with kids or seniors?
    Yes. Tell us in the form and we keep the walking light, skip the long treks and choose hotels with lifts or ground-floor rooms where possible.
